2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched

4. Delivery Timeframe

  • Estimated delivery is 8–14 business days from the date of shipment
  • Total time from order to delivery: up to 17 business days (processing + shipping)
  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to:

    • Public holidays
    • Carrier operational issues
    • Weather conditions

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking number via email
  • Use the tracking number on the carrier's website to monitor your delivery
  • Track your order seamlessly via the Shop App
  • Allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped to the United Kingdom and Canada:

  • These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer
  • Fashmag has no control over customs fees or clearance timelines
  • We recommend checking your country's import regulations before ordering

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout
  • Fashmag is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer
  • To update your address, contact us at support@fashmag.shop within 24 hours of placing your order
  • We cannot redirect packages once handed to the carrier

9. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but not received:

  1. Check around your delivery location and with neighbors
  2. Wait 24–48 hours — packages are sometimes marked delivered early
  3. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
  4. If still unresolved, email support@fashmag.shop with your order number

10. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Email support@fashmag.shop with your order number and clear photos
  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund
