3. How to Initiate a Return

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or incorrect items: We cover the return shipping cost
  • Change of mind returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method — Fashmag is not responsible for lost return packages

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

Partial Refunds

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the following reasons:

7. Damaged or Defective Items

8. Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item:

  • We will ship the correct item and arrange a free return of the wrong item

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after the stated timeframe:
